Native to Brazil in rather dry areas. Easily grown in pot or converted to orchid nest or typical mount. Easy to care for with Cattleya culture. Provide bright shade and allow to become slightly moist between thorough watering. Plants are very near bloom size as this orchid species remains relatively petite when mature.  Considered warm growers so perfect!  Blooms can range from straw colored background to green, all decorated with fuchsia spotting and a bold large fuchsia lip.
