Native to Venezuela, Columbia, Ecuador, and coastal Peru. This elegant Cattleya species in highly sought after and the coerulea color form , more so. Plants are growing vigorously in 2 inch pots with growths erect and strong. The clone ‘Blue Sea’ produces true coerulean colors flowers or exception blue lavender tone. Easy to grow with typical Cattleya type culture. Water thoroughly and then allow to just become slightly moist prior to next watering. I provide my slow-release fertilizer year-round.
