Dendrobium secundum

A southeast Asian native with common name of ‘The Toothbrush Orchid.’ Semi-deciduous in nature so leaf drop can occur. Prefers to dry between waterings, easily adapted to mounted culture. Considered a warm grower. Blooms are vibrant magenta to pink in color beautifully spaced around the flower stem. Do not cut off old growths for blooms occur for years from leafless canes. As for Dendrobiums, provide bright indirect light.
Currently growing in 2.5 inch plastic nursery pots. $22.00
